Love this restaurant and the service is great. Often homeless people waiting outside though, so my kids sometimes don't feel 100% comfortable.
Sadly, this spot is understaffed. Took 30+ minutes to get my order. Only one person manning the chicken (one went out for break I assume), one on the drive thru, and the manager and cashier processing the restaurant orders. Not fast food by any means and the chicken we recieved was cold as the new batch was taking too long. The workers were under a lot of pressure and stress with the bottlenecks in the system. Popeyes please do better and hire more workers to assist. Really unfortunate...read full review
