McDonald's in Vacaville

“My son and I came to McDonald’s for a snack while his car was getting tire service at America’s Tire next door. It was decently busy around 1pm with plenty of people eating. We ordered at the kiosk which was simple. If you have the McDonald’s App, there are exclusive deals on there to save you some money and also earn points for free food. It was nice to see someone at the counter taking people’s orders as well. The restaurant was clean and employees kept the garbage emptied. They were prompt with food delivery once you order. All the employees we had encountered were all very nice.

Food:
- Big Arch Burger: big sesame seed bun with 2 large patties, lettuce, pickles, onions, fried onions and special sauce. My son said it was really tasty.
- 10 piece Chicken Nuggets w/ Huntrix and Demon dipping sauces. Huntrix sauce tasted like mix of Korean BBQ and sweet chili sauce. Demon sauce tasted like some sort of hiney mustard mix.
- Fries: no different than any McD fries
- Iced Caramel Macchiato: I ordered a small, but they accidentally made me a medium which was a plus! Thanks! It was good, but a little on the sweet side.

This McD has stepped up quite a bit since I was last here about 8 months ago. They seems to be managed much better than in the past. Hope this keeps up.“

“Came at 11pm Thursday night, every time I come there’s a very professional and polite gentleman working the window / speaker. They’re the reason I come here and not another mcdonald’s for my drinks & food. If anyone there deserves raises it’s the gentleman on night crew!“

“This place just felt so unwelcoming. Everything is ordered Fortunately the only lady that I was able to talk to while collecting my order was super sweet. Otherwise, the nuggets were just not very good. I don't know how these can be ruined in cooking but..... they were dry and not hot. The fries were also sad.“

“If you use the app to order, there are 2 McDonalds on Alamo in Vacaville, make sure you are at the correct one before using the app. This location tends to be the cleanest location in vacaville, the food seems to be better, and there is a play place. The parking is tricky, a lot of spots used for curbside or drive thru pick up close to the entrances. The order counter has been replaced with kiosk and I find the app easier than kiosk to order from. They deliver to your table, however, if they forget the condiments it can take sometime to get someone behind the counters attention.
