The owner, Sunny, was very kind and said that their franchise donates to all of the elementary schools in the area to encourage perfect attendance. The pizzas were ready in less than 10 minutes and were delicious. Service was superb!“

“This Papa Murphys is under new ownership and it shows in spades. It's not only spotless but the new owner Jim makes every customer feel welcome. We have been coming here along time as my special needs son loves the mini Murphy and the opportunity to make it. “My husband and I frequently visit here and it’s always a good experience. The two gentlemen working tonight (11/5:24) around 5:45pm were excellent. Very kind and efficient. While waiting for my pizza to cook one of them took the extra time to assist a food delivery pickup person who did not speak English to let them know they were out of brownies. He was very considerate and even used a translator app to make sure the customer understood. Both food and customer service was excellent tonight!“

“The atmosphere of this place is pretty good for a date. The service could have been better, though, and the food was good.

This was our first time to this restaurant that came recommended by good friends. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Unfortunately, we waited a really long time (probably close to 15 minutes) to order and then had to wait another 12-15 minutes for our drinks to arrive.

The food came before our drinks, though we had to flag someone down for napkins, silverware, and plates to eat our appetizers since they have other staff serving the food to your table.

Presentation of the heirloom tomato caprese salad was beautiful and delicious.

I ordered the lasagna, which I would definitely order again ($26) and was large enough that I took some to-go. My boyfriend wished he ordered this!

My boyfriend wasn't thrilled with the chicken parmigiana and spaghetti. The chicken was just okay - a little dry and not too much flavor, and the spaghetti tasted as if it were reheated (it wasnt very good, neither of us ate it after a few tastes). This meal came with a choice of soup or salad - the minestrone was really, really good. I'm so very surprised this main dish (which wasn't cheap, $34) was very mediocre/not good.

We were never offered more drinks or desserts. We ended up going to another place for dessert.

Our server was nice but did disappoint in the experience, and was absent our entire dinner without asking how it was but to bring us the check.

All-in-all, we would try this place one more time to see if it was just an 'off' experience.

“It was an easy ordering experience and pickup was very quick. The order was ready when I got there. The quality of employees and pizzas has greatly improved since over a year ago when I went and got turned off of using Papa Murphys. I've been impressed since the turn over of staff at how much cleaner the building is inside, the friendliness of staff and the quick service.“
