Ugly.
Wait times we're okay. There is decent chicken sandwiches, okay fries, and a good selection of sauces, it is a good place to eat, decent food.
I waited for a whole hour for the two burgers I ordered. In 10 minutes I repeatedly asked where my food was, and I was constantly told to wait. I was standing right at the counter, in full view of all the staff. The first burger was brought to me after half an hour of waiting. I asked where the second one was, and I was told to wait again.
