No it's definitely not fancy or a date venue but pho is good, service is usually pretty fast and it's the only pho place I know of that also has a sister Korean restaurant right next door that allows you to order from both menus (warning - Korean food is about 1.5x to 2.5x more expensive per person and service isn't as great but food is quite good for what it is).
Talk about great service, i work nearby and decided to come get some pho with my girlfriend. The owners are amazing/humble. The atmosphere is great and the food came out almost within less than 5 minutes. I had the oxtail pho. They also have great selection from boba to choose from.

This corner-cutting extended to other dishes, with the tofu soup requiring an extra request for the expected egg. The side dish selection was equally limited, offering only cucumber, bean sprouts, and kimchi.
