“A great place for authentic Vietnamese food. Super busy establishment, so you might experience a wait, especially when it’s cold out. Service is fast but timing of food all coming together is a little off. We had soups come out first and waited another 5-10 minutes for the rest of our non-soup items to be delivered. The food tastes great, flavorful and fresh!!! Cannot beat that!Vegetarian options: Several tofu and vegetable menu items plus I’m sure they can sub out tofu and do items without the meat/seafood items.Parking: Parking is within a marketplace. Rare is it ever super full.Kid-friendliness: They have a decent kids menu that has Pho plus a drink.Wheelchair accessibility: On street level and most of the tables are chairs so, easy to fit a wheelchair at the table but maybe a tight squeeze in between aisles.“
“Great Pho! Love all the food I'd tried here. Wish they took better care of the place, since the pandemic seems to be a bit run down. With a bit more love&care, and money of course, that restaurant would be jewel. But I guess people come mostly for the food, which is great!“
“Omg they have been around for a while now in Saugus, and I have passed by many times thinking that they won't have anything for vegetarian people since it's a sushi spot. Boy, was I wrong! I was alittle under the weather and wanted Pho, and once I got there I placed my order and noticed the sushi menu. Saw a baked veggie roll, she suggested it was worth the try and you wont be disappointed! I'm so glad I finally tried and found my new favorite spot.Vegetarian options: Baked vegetarian rollsVegetarian Pho“
“No it's definitely not fancy or a date venue but pho is good, service is usually pretty fast and it's the only pho place I know of that also has a sister Korean restaurant right next door that allows you to order from both menus (warning - Korean food is about 1.5x to 2.5x more expensive per person and service isn't as great but food is quite good for what it is).“
