“I had tacos to try various meats. Carnitas, pastor, lengua and buche. They were all very good. But I can't wait to try their carnitas burrito. Everyone one was friendly and welcoming. (Danny, Francisco and Desiree). I also went back to get asada quesadillas for my wife and son. And a carnitas taco and a side of rice. My wife and son loved them!“

“Really good grilled chicken, decent portion sizes too. The tortillas are homemade, and it shows, they are delicious. The price is really good considering how much food they give you. I ordered over the phone for pickup, and it was ready right as I got there. Friendly staff as well. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing experience we had at Jack in the Box. Alex at the drive-thru was incredibly courteous, respectful, and welcoming from start to finish. Customer service like that truly makes a difference and deserves to be acknowledged.
I also want to give kudos to the kitchen staff because the food presentation was surprisingly great — everything was neat, fresh, and not sloppy at all. You can tell the team takes pride in their work, and that effort often goes unnoticed in fast food restaurants. The food was absolutely delicious 🤤 and the overall experience restored a little trust for us because we usually avoid fast food due to past experiences elsewhere.
This visit was different. The entire team made the experience enjoyable, and I would absolutely come back and bring my family here again. I truly hope this review reaches their supervisor because Alex and the kitchen staff deserve recognition for the pride and care they put into their work.

“Register girl was super nice & quick. Manager seemed annoyed to have to answer a menu question. Looked like he'd be much happier back in his office. & not shy about that either. Typical of most fast food burger places (besides Tommy's & In-n-Out) the bun, meat, cheese were all misaligned & required full reassembly. There seems to be an epidemic of fast food workers who either can not, or will not stack the circular item on top of another circular item. So ideally anything like a sandwich should have a sort of 'short column' profile. But every time i order here my sandwich is looking so much more like the Visa logo: completely off center Every time for the last 15 years Seriously! why not just throw all the parts in a bag & let me do it myself the right way because that's how it always ends... but the food is tasty & inexpensive so i continue to return...“

“I read the responses of the other patrons of Jacks and they have posted their complaints on the website of the Bouquet Canyon, Valencia, Ca. They really need to come to the Bouquet Cyn. Jacks, it's run great and the food, the crew the building are all excellent. We've been going there for years and have never found the problems listed by the people who sent in their complaints. So sorry they don't have the Franchise we have...“

“Okay so my high stars are literally for the man that works in the parking lot next to this place our car had trouble and he was quick to help so if your having car problems literally pull into the parking lot and there's a man that has 2 dedicated parking spots to help people with car problems for a very affordable price ,so appreciative for him“

“It's fast food. You know what to expect. Jack always has interesting options, though. It's also annoying that the prices on some things have shot up in the last few years, well before any fast food minimum wage increases were ever in discussion.“
