“THIS!!!! Is the place!!!! Bartenders are amazing here (shoutout Rocky and Lindsey!) Food is INCREDIBLE here. Idk where to begin??? Must gets: fries (fresh!!!!) onion rings (crispy and seem home made!!!) mozz sticks and sliders were fantastic as well. I’ll be back to try the most popular fish n chips. We ate and drank (& sang!) our way through a very fun karaoke Sunday night hosted by Monty who was a blast!! Looking forward to trivia Mondays starting here in August!!“

“I just tried 170 Burger for the first time, and it honestly tasted phenomenal! I had their Carpool Burger, while my girlfriend had their 170 Burger, and we were both impressed. The fries were also amazing. The staff was extremely friendly as well. We will come back for sure!“

“To be honest, I can’t say much about the rest of the staff, they were nice but also about what you’d typically expect from a fast food experience. But Marco? He completely changed my outlook.

From the moment I interacted with him, Marco was courteous, professional, and efficient, everything you hope for, but rarely get in a fast-food restaurant. Then I sat down with my meal… and I was shocked. The food was neatly prepared, delicious, and hot, it honestly made me forget I was even in a fast food restaurant for a moment. Major props to the cook! It was clear that whoever made the food didn’t just go through the motions, they put heart into it. So thank you for that.

What really stood out, though, was how Marco treated everyone. I overheard him help another guest who had a language barrier, and he showed them the same respect and professionalism he showed me. That kind of consistent kindness is rare, and it deserves recognition.

Marco is a great example of what good service should look like, not just for customers, but for fellow team members too. Jack in the Box is lucky to have him.

“I usually order on uber eats or walk in. The environment is amazing and really clean. I’d recommend a walk in experience because they have a daily special sometimes and it’s always some good eating. The guys that work there are always welcoming have great customer service.“

“Came here cause it was close to the Greek Theatre and they had a special to who I went to go see (Djo) and it was sooo good. Theres a public parking right around the corner, the food was ready pretty quick, fresh seats outside, and delicious burger and curly fries. I’m coming here again if I’m ever in the area.“

P.S: "First Light Farms" provides their beef, which is certified humane, halal, and free of antibiotics, GMOs, and hormones (a New Zealand meat company).“

“Came here early evening on a Friday to get some grub before a concert across at the Palladium. Plenty of space for seating, pretty empty at the time we were here though.

The honey butter chicken sandwich is very satisfying (even though it’s not the best looking sandwich out there lol) and has perfect crispy texture - I highly recommend!

“I’m a return customer. Love the shrimp fried rice, beef low mein, and donuts. My girlfriend loves the chicken teriyaki. The donuts melt in your mouth and the food is always hot and fresh. Definitely recommend. Terrific customer service too! The woman at the front is always so sweet. Don’t sleep on on Twin Castle.“

“I've been to a few burger lounges around LA now and it's always been really solid. Id say it falls into a category a cut above In-N-Out with a wider variety of flavors and a step down in price from the (inferior) five guys.

I usually order the lounge burger as is, but sometimes the western style or blue cheese burger. The meat to topping ratio is good and the buns are squishy but firm. Their barbecue sauce is something special with a heavy smoky chipotle/hickory flavor. Their fries are fine, hot and crispy, and the batch sodas are another less common touch (great ginger beer and Shirley temple).

The manager at this location seemed very involved and attentive to making things move smoothly and provide a good experience (Dec. 7th ~6:00p). Nice guy.
