“To be honest, I can’t say much about the rest of the staff, they were nice but also about what you’d typically expect from a fast food experience. But Marco? He completely changed my outlook.

From the moment I interacted with him, Marco was courteous, professional, and efficient, everything you hope for, but rarely get in a fast-food restaurant. Then I sat down with my meal… and I was shocked. The food was neatly prepared, delicious, and hot, it honestly made me forget I was even in a fast food restaurant for a moment. Major props to the cook! It was clear that whoever made the food didn’t just go through the motions, they put heart into it. So thank you for that.

What really stood out, though, was how Marco treated everyone. I overheard him help another guest who had a language barrier, and he showed them the same respect and professionalism he showed me. That kind of consistent kindness is rare, and it deserves recognition.

Marco is a great example of what good service should look like, not just for customers, but for fellow team members too. Jack in the Box is lucky to have him.

“Stopped by Trophies Burger Club for lunch and found the place pretty quiet, which made for a relaxed visit. The owner was friendly but not super helpful with recommendations — the kind of “everything’s good, depends what you like” response that doesn’t exactly steer you in any direction.

I went with the double Trophies Burger and a side of curly fries. The fries were excellent — crispy, well-seasoned, and just the right amount of indulgent. No complaints there. The burger itself was solid: fresh ingredients, good balance, and nicely cooked, though it didn’t quite reach that next-level wow factor I was hoping for.

Overall, a good lunch spot with quality food and a chill vibe — definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving a burger.“

“I had the pleasure of having a OG smash burger yesterday for lunch. The burger was delicious and the staff and owner were friendly which added to the experience. Their original fries were also very good and a good sized portion. I would recommend anybody to try their phenomenal burgers and I will definitely be making this my go 2 burger place whenever I am in Glendale.“

“The food is good but it is over priced. They charge you to add tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeño,.....etc. I got a double burger and because the meat is so thin you dont get full.
There is a small parking lot, parkinf can be challenging.
The treason I gave service 1 star because we never got greeted. We had to place our own order on the kiosk and even when the food was ready the workers were like robots. I think if the workers took half a second to greet each customer when they came in then it would be a better experience. Also, not everyone knows how to order on the kiosk machine and some people are visiualy impaired so I would suggest greeting the customer to make the experice better.“

“Ok burger if you like smash burgers. Good service. Meter parking is often hard to find.

The burgers taste like backyard burgers. The burgers are on the small side and have potato bread buns. Their fries aren’t that great. It’s very popular so expect a good 20 minute or so wait.

The crowd is lively and there’s great people watching. It’s a cool experience but a little on the expensive side.“

“We were down in Hollywood for a play and found this great spot for dinner. Everything was very tasty. I had the Stout burger with onion rings. I will say thr onion rings were my favorite. Nice, thin cut onions, batter and perfectly fried to the perfect crisp. The burger had a great mix of flavors with caramelized onions, bleu cheese and horseradish sauce. My husband had a burger with an egg and enjoyed it with his nitro stout. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Thanks all for a great evening.“

“The burgers are flavorful and tasty. The ingredients are fresh, and the meat is of excellent quality. The meat is so tender that it virtually melts in your mouth, and the sauce adds to the flavor. Juicy and slightly pink in the middle, there was nothing that I did not like. This is the place to go if you're looking for a great burger in LA. P.S: "First Light Farms" provides their beef, which is certified humane, halal, and free of antibiotics, GMOs, and hormones (a New Zealand meat company).“

“It was our anniversary dinner tonight so it’s a special deal. We arrived to a nice young man taking our car at valet. We were greeted by a manager and two host team members. They said happy anniversary to us on the welcome. The manager sat us and was so kind and engaged with us. We sat on the yard overlooking the river. The beauty and ambiance 5 star. Aaron our server was kind, professional, attentive and gave us space as needed. We asked his recommendations for drinks and food. He was spot on. Please recognize Aaron for his service to us. The food and drinks were amazing. I had the surf and turf & my husband had the crab cake all prepared wonderfully. I highly recommend rays and we totally thank you. We both manage restaurants for work and you know how hard a work day is right now w staffing and business booming. It was an escape for us and we greatly appreciate it.
