“I got caught in some street construction and had to drive thru Vanowen St when I saw Haig’s Kabob House !!! I immediately pulled over to take a look. They have all types of meats Beef… Lamb… Venison… Wild Boar… Chicken. Also all type of Mediterranean spices and drinks +hummus. I bought several pounds of marinated chicken breast. Went home and cooked up YUMMY. Every time I am near by .. got stop by!!!“

“One of the best 100 meals we've had. If you are traveling between Ventura and Pasadena, a great place to stop. Located in a strip mall, just off the freeway. We shared an Armenian salad and a lamb shawarma. Perfect amount of food for two people. Don't miss this place!“

“The kebab here are delicious. I was finally able to try this place for lunch and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and polite with us. My wife and I came here after her doctor appointment because it's in the same plaza.

My wife got the chicken kebab plate with hummus and macaroni. I got the beef lule kebab plate with Shirazi and French fries. They make it fresh right when you order so it can take a couple of minutes. We are our food inside of the place so they brought our dish out to us. They also give complimentary lentil soup for my wife. We both really like how seasoned the chicken and beef lule kebab were. We'll be sure to come back again to try another dish.“

“I was eyeballing this place for months, finally went and got #1 pork chops and it was just as good as I hoped. 2 big pieces of pork, well done, fluffy soft rice, the pepper & tomato were juicy (everthin just needed a little salt). It's a small place with about 10 tables inside. Lady at the front was nice, wait time is min 15min & prices are fair for the big portion. Located on the corner with parking. “Went here because I saw there were good reviews and there is a good reason. I tried the Tri Tip, Chicken shawarma and chicken breast. All three excellent. I'd say Trip Tip was the best of the three. Also, grabbed a baklava and it was one of the best I've had.“

We tried the chicken kabob, Shawarama, rice, Mediterranean salad, and hummus with pita bread. Fantastic meal!!! We also watched him prepare a Wrap which was Huge. We definitely be back!!! This great little place is located in the CVS shopping center on Hollywood Way and Verdugo.“

“Really good Persian food and one plate would be able to feed 2-3 people. I got a plate with chicken, steak, and Koobideh which was served with basmati rice, Shirazi salad and a tasty bread on the bottom of the meat. The bread gave it a nice texture and a savory taste. As dessert I got a hot tea with baklava that was made from turkey and I highly recommend it, the baklava has no fructose syrup at all and was made with natural ingredients like ghee, and was so moist compared to other places where I’ve had baklava. The service was incredible our server was very attentive and gave us good recommendations! I will definitely be coming back“

“I happened to walk in there extremely thirsty but wanted something cold like a smoothie or milkshake and no they didn’t serve that there however right upon entry I was greeted and serviced. Idk if he was the owner or whatever but he gave me a cup for a soft drink with ice so fast as if he felt my thirst and when I was preparing to pay he put it on the house as if he also knew I was definitely in a rush. “Been getting our bread from here for the past 9yrs or so. Very prompt with taking and arranging orders. The taste of bread and quality of flour is very good, very digestive!
