“The food used to be real bad but to my surprise it has greatly improved they must have hired a new cook! The place is very clean an so the restroom soccer games on flat screens you may have to wait for food but is all about the time of the day and how busy they are like any other place for this I give them four stars“

“Best pupusas in LA and it's not even a competition. Prices are a bit expensive but you get your money's worth because they are not cheap with their pupusas. Also it's one of the nicer Salvadorean restaurants since most tend to be random hole in the walls, while this one is still a nice restaurant.“

“This place is a small family owned business - the workers inside are super nice. The food is prepared fresh and so takes 10-15 min to prepare. The papusas are really good - my favorite is the carnitas and cheese. The peacado maharo (fried fish) is very tasty with lots of protein. The shrimp dishes are good as well. I would recommend this place definitely, and is super affordable.“

“Pupusas are delicious! I’ve tried many different restaurants in the valley and this one by far takes it. They are off of Foothill Blvd (in front of the Vons) Tuesday-Sunday. Hours vary from 9:30. Very affordable and they have an area where you can sit and eat. Also very clean, gloves are used to prepare your food.“

“Best Pupusas we have ever eaten!! Soo Yummy!! We ordered 3 cheese, 4 queso con loroco, and 3 revueltas. All delicious, although queso con loroco is our favorite! Everyone there gave excellent customer service and that is a plus! Finally how can I forget, the pan dulce that we tried. I would not be able to explain characteristics but I can 100% say it was DELICIOUS. My husband bought two at first then after trying it and already in the car he went back and bought 3 more. In my opinion still weren't enough!!!!! They were gone asap!!. Lol. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to enjoy authentic Salvadorian food! ( FYI, my husband and my son mentioned that while waiting for order they noticed some other plates on tables which look very appealing)
Parking: Parking lot is behind the restaurant. As well as paid street parking in front.“

“Definitely, the cuisine is very delicious, the typical Salvadoran flavor is perfect, the grilled winged breast with onions is delicious with the flavor of rice and fried beans, not to mention, and the grilled shrimp is also wooo, what a delicious thing and the juices are a delight, they are not so sweetened They are perfect for the palate but the best comes here the pupusas are a very well made quality like typical Salvadoran not greasy at all and eaten in so many restaurants and the pupusas are so greasy that your hands fill with grease when you touch them to say more Better visit this restaurant so that you can make up for what I'm saying. The only thing that's bad is that there's no parking, but you can always find it around you ????%100“

“I could tell by the hole in the wall look and counter stocked with various Salvadorian products from snacks to baby lotion that this was going to be a good spot. Everything is fresh and made to order (including the oj!), the portions are generous, and the prices are great. The service was quick and friendly. I will certainly be back!!!
Dietary restrictions: I follow an anti inflammatory diet and i dont eat potato or gluten it was noce to have options like yuca on the menu!“

“Parking is horrible. Not their fault. Their sweet bread is delicious. A lot of talking between the employees it's hard to hear when they are asking you a question. The bakery itself is very small. I haven't tried their food but the sweet bread is good.“

“The best spot in LA for Pupusas. They aren't just big, but they actually taste amazing. And the yucca frita with chicharrón is great. My favorite pupusas are the cheese (the cheese pull is insane). Parking is hard to find but def worth it. Pro-tip: don't park in the laundromat next door they'll tow your vehicle. Cash-Only also.“

“The pupusas were delicious. They were the perfect thickness; there was plenty of filing, and the masa was not too thick. Cooked to perfection, they were not greasy at all. We enjoyed a nice selection of the different types offered. Our party included a Salvadoran who knows his pupusas. We also ordered a plate of rice, beans, and fried plantains. They were wonderful. We definitely will be going back. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Everything was clean and tidy inside of the restaurant.“

“Best hidden gem for Salvadorean food. Prices are extremely reasonable and they arguably have the best soups in LA: sopa de res, sopa de pollo and 7 mares. Pupusas are very delicious and made very well. Food comes out a bit slow but that's how you know they make it fresh.“

“I loved the very delicious pupusas, well toasted without much oil, you have to order them before arriving at the restaurant about 30 minutes, otherwise you want to wait for them to be warm and delicious to eat. The chocolate was very sweet but with a little more milk it solves it. Thank you
Parking: The parking lot is small but adequate, if not full, it has an excellent location.“

“Delicious hot food, refreshing drinks, and fresh papusas. Friendly, fast service. Some entres tend to be very light on salt. A request I have for this place is to please place bilingual signage in front of each food item for easy identification and ordering. Although, they do have a menu on the wall, it's difficult to read for some. Other than that, food is fresh, hot, and delicious!“
“What makes this place special is that you get to watch them make the pupusas. Their pupusas are wonderful and they have a wide range of other Salvadoran items on their menu. We had to wait fairly long, but it was worth it. They are hand made special for you and the get loads of business.“
