As someone who worked at a Jersey mikes for a few years i was disappointed in how long I had to wait for 2 regular hot subs that i ordered online. When I walked in the woman at the counter did not acknowledge us at all (she was tall with red glasses and tattoos) she talked to everyone but us. After a few min of standing and waiting to be helped Fatima was kind enough to greet us and check on our order. I had to leave a review because this was hands down the best salad I've ever gotten from Jersey Mike's!
A huge shoutout to Jason, Olamide, Winter, and Fatima at the 14441 Burbank Blvd. location in Sherman Oaks. Not only was the salad fresh and beautifully made (seriously, presentation matters!), but the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and clearly took pride in what they were doing.
