This Michoacana was a bit disappointing. I entered the store and I was not greeted instead the two store workers were just talking to eachother completely ignoring me. They didn't ask if I wanted to try anything. It was very dry and disappointing interaction. I had my mom outside and told the attendant she wanted to try the pineapple flavor she gave me a sample, I ran to the door let my mom try it and came back there was no one there. 3 reps were in the back talking. Customer service was great, the lady was great, but they didn't disclose the price on a small banana strawberry smoothie until then end which is only mixed with milk. It was $12.99! What a ridiculous price! You certainly lost a customer. Additionally there was NO ice cream added to the smoothie. For the same price I can get two smoothies and mozzarella sticks for $20 at Jamba Juice just next door.
Good ice cream, prices too high, unfriendly staff.
