I've always heard great things about Gaby's. Finally stopped in a bit ago and I was underwhelmed. I don't know if it was because it was so hyped up. Got the Beef kabob and it was ok. Wouldn't say it was worth the price. We ate there and it was a bit sad inside to be honest.
June 2023 Marina del Rey: On the way home, I realized that I had not been to Gaby's in a long time! I also miss the location that was closer, by the beach! Been a fan of Gaby’s longtime restaurants in Culver City. I gotta say this one needs special attention from management. I feel I’m eating food that’s been left out for hours. Chicken shawarma dry and gross, pita dry and hard, tomatoes soft, nothing is fresh what’s going on here?! The building is also very dated, they should relocate but still stay in Marina! 2-stars for flavor, that’s what keeps me around at least.
