Came back after a few years, the man with the beard was very dry/unfriendly and they have eliminated the vegetables from the meal I always enjoyed.

The homeless in that immediate area is out of control since I was here and makes for an unpleasant experience.

“I had this placed saved on Instagram and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint! We got the chicken kebab plate with extra pita bread. It was so delicious 😋 EVERY bite produced a happy dance. Customer service was great. The girl at the counter was very patient with us. There’s outside seating where we chose to sit and free parking on the side streets. I would’ve given them five stars but the fries were lukewarm. They were seasoned and crispy but warm. I will definitely be back and I can’t wait to eat my leftovers tomorrow.“

“5-star alert! My wife surprised me with this delicious Tunisian restaurant on Father’s Day! It was like an exotic trip to Mediterranean North Africa. The servers were good and the owner was super friendly and helpful! We had prawns, fish, lamb, cauliflowers, and the infamous Hand of Fatima. Everything was delicious, with unique flavors and beautifully presented. The sauces were so unique and flavorful, we had 3 orders of bread as we want to enjoy more of the flavors in every dish!“

They're open late, the tea is good even if you only get one refill, and the koobideh here is as good as anywhere on the Westwood strip. The hookah situation is fine, nothing exceptional but it does the job. The real draw is the laid-back Persian lounge atmosphere. Feels like a neighborhood spot for people who actually live around here, not a tourist-facing version of Persian culture. I always leave full and relaxed.“

“Great place for delicious breakfast, after a good brisk morning walk.
I had a fresh omelet, with mushrooms, onions and cheese. I added fresh toasted slices of sourdough bread and a cup of Americano coffee (stronger than regular coffee). Not a long wait, comfortable seating, attentive server, made it a complete pleasant meal.“

“I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try my best. Food? Amazing! Perfect amount of seasoning and the portions are huge! And this is coming from a big dude. For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. “We are blessed to have this King Mediterráneo in Torrance. The food is delicious and very generous on the portion served. When I go there, I always try to say hello to Ara or Norah. It is such a pleasure to see and talk to them, they make me feel that we are long time friends. For sure I recommend this place and give them a FIVE STAR rating. “The service was VERY friendly. My server, and several others, greeted me with genuine smiles. Started with Warak Enab Dolma/Sarma (stuffed grape leaves), which were excellent. They are the non-vinegar type which I much prefer, firm with plenty of rich olive oil. Then the Sea Bass entrée. Two full filets traditionally seasoned, a large salad, and potatoes. The tomatoes are perfect! Beautiful tea service. Very quaint atmosphere, friendly staff with genuine smiles, everything well presented. Will definitely be back. FYI: Ample free parking on the roof, enter on Western Ave (Petco).“

“We enjoyed the food but as most of the fried items are cooked in the same oil, if you have an allergy issue, my wife could not eat many of the cooked items. It’s not cheap. Three people about $200 which includes gratuity. For those with no allergies, we enjoyed the food.“
