Clemente are absolute masters of sourdough. Their bread is some of the best I've ever had, anywhere. I love the special flavors they rotate every few weeks, and their whole wheat is legendary (whole wheat is particularly difficult to do as naturally leavened sourdough). And don't forget to get a cookie - the Tahini chocolate chip is delicious.
Breakfast loaf is amazing.
Clemente Bakery dares to be different. Each week a new bread based on their sourdough. They offer a small assortment of pastries and baked goods as well. Photo is a Spelt Oatmeal loaf..delicious.
