“My Jersey Mike's (wish I did own it) is on the corner of Day and Telegraph. First of all, they have the BEST employees EVER!!! Anyone you get is doing a bang up job but get Robin (she's righteous) and Andrew H (appreciate when he looks at me and says miss, what can I get for you). I don't call my order in because I truly enjoy watching all the action and professionalism. Love the #8. There's a huge parking lot, it's clean, and you won't be sorry. Thanks to the whole crew!“

“First, I'm not upset w/ the staff. I'm sure they're doing their best to collect a check. Keep collecting that paycheck you guys. I completely understand bc I worked at a fast food joint many years ago. However, I'm convinced that this franchisee loves with all their heart and soul to lose out on future business. I will not go into the details about my experience bc it's pointless. It's pointless bc it's clear this franchisee does not care since the countless negative experience reviews continue and are not being addressed. I'm certain that the staff notices the poor leadership with this franchisee and also take a careless approach. It's starts at the top. To the franchisee (JM West Inc.), please know that the lack of commitment to your own establishment(s) will forever mess with your money. I think I read you've been a franchisee for 18 years. “I'm a big fan of sandwiches and I've eaten at quite a few Places. Every time I return to whatever location of Jersey Mike's it makes me wonder why do I go anywhere else. Their subs are superb nice tender meat veggies and great service. In particular this Jersey Mike's has I Incredible Service. The service is top-notch the personnel and knowledgeable and are extremely healthy. If you want to be totally satisfied no matter what your selection may be run don't walk to this place it's just great.“
