“I am composing this review in regards to Chatos Food truck, that is ran by Angelica and her son Adrian outside of what what used to be Pie for the People on CA-62 just before Walmart on way into Yucca. I was met by Adrian who greeted me with a warm welcome. After deciding what I wanted, I was met by his mother Angelica who was a lovely woman. I had asked how long she had been in business and was impressed to have heard 20+ years. I had decided to order 3 carne asada tacos for my partner, and alpastor burrito for myself. As I am composing this review, I have finished 3/4ths of this burrito, and I have to admit... I am thoroughly impressed. My partner also was impressed despite her Asada was spicy (she doesnt do spicy foods AT ALL lol). To top it all off, they handed me a few tacos that had salsa on them (the tacos were already made before asking for salsa on side) for free.. Cant beat a free midnight snack.. All in all, 5 stars, will definitely come back. Angelica and her son are very friendly and I wish them all the best in their future endeavors.“

“Had their pizza, ordered the Madlib (pep and sausage) for the first time today and danggg they got it so right! It was delicious! Dough was soft and chewy and ingredients tasted so fresh! Hope to see them around more. Also, went back and ordered a second pizza once our crowd seen how good the pizza looked.“
