“When I first walked up, the guy cleaning the windows outside was really nice. Then I went inside and the guy cooking at the grill smiled and nodded his head at me. The 2 cashiers were so nice with genuine smiles. I've never come across a brighter more uplifting character than Kylie. Give her a raise or a vacation or something. Props to whoever hired these people and built this team. Obviously the oreo milkshake and grilled chicken salad were delicious. The aesthics of the restaurant cleanliness and the food, especially the milkshake were on point. Sara is the nicest manager with the best customer service and knows how to run her team, hands down! Multiple visits to this place, because of them.“

Wheelchair accessibility: designated wheelchair parking conveniently by the entrance to the restaurant so u don't have to park like a mile away and walk a distance to enter the restaurant the designated handicapp parking are right next to the entrance doors with a ramp making easy access for wheelchairs or person with disabilities“
“I think it was a manager who assisted us & took our order. He was very generous ! Thanks for fixing our order. Food was fresh & hot which made it taste even better. Also it was sooo cold in there but it felt amazing. Store was clean & got our food fast! Recommend this J & B.

“Today, the food just doesn't taste like it used to. The burger didn't smell like the grill which usually smells like it's been off the grill. Like it's been microwave. The fries weren't heated up either. Losing the touch.

“Pretty much your average jack in the box. The thing that sucks about it is I work nearby and I work graveyard shifts with no car, so I can never go stop during my shift, even though it’s 24hrs they are drive thru only after dark.
It’s pretty clean and the few times I’ve gone the employees were never very friendly.“
“This worker named Sahara is so sweet! I go around 1:30am every now and then after my shift and she is always full of energy for it being so late. The food is always fresh and I appreciate her always making sure everything is in the bag. I hope she gets the promotion she deserves!“
