“We brought our daughter who was here from out of town. They were busy, so Kristy the servers assistant took our table of 5, and Kristy made our experience SO AWESOME! She was SO kind , professional, and attentive!! She even celebrated our daughter's birthday, and to everyone who participated in the birthday volcano, THANK YOU!!! Every this is delicious, from the BBQ chicken, to the curry, to the Loco Moco ... however the ambiance is a bit lacking, but that doesn't matter the people are nice and the food is good. Come eat here and forget about the fast food chains ...“

“Surprisingly really good food! I bought a poke bowl and it was really good, probably the best poke I’ve had in the Bay Area! I have tried every restaurant at the Sunvalley mall (most are meh mall food) and this was the last one I haven’t tried (I’ve been putting it off as mall poke doesn’t sound that appealing) but this is probably my favorite food I’ve tried in the mall as well as the healthiest. I come to the mall once a month and I will definitely be back to buy another poke bowl.I definitely recommend for anyone that enjoys sushi. The bowl was $14 but it was very large and would be perfect to share, good deal“

“Excited to have another Hawaiian bbq restaurant to add to our rotation. L&L is always consistent with generous portions, good flavor, and healthy options. The service at this particular location is great, it’s small but the folks behind the counter are always friendly and the service is always quick.“

“This place was a nice stop. It wasn’t busy when we came in, so we got our food pretty quickly. I ordered the BBQ chicken and short ribs, and my wife got the salmon poke bowl. She really enjoyed the poke bowl—lots of protein, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings at all.

My dish was also good. The short ribs were a little chewy, and the chicken could’ve had a bit more flavor, but if you’re really hungry like I was, it definitely hits the spot. It’s definitely quantity over quality, but still worth it.

We also tried the spam musubi, which was good, though the sauce was more drizzled on the rice instead of coating the spam. Overall, it was a good experience and we will definitely return!“
