Stopped by at Rooted to complete some tedious computer tasks and loved everything that I had. The hippie smoothie with soy milk was delicious as it paired well with the strawberry feta salad that I had ordered. I caved into my sweets craving and got the strawberry scone which was also very delicious! It's not as dry as scones can be but still a perfect balance of crumble / moist. Came here to visit with my son. Great Golden Latte! I appreciate it wasn't very sweet so I could experience the finger and turmeric.

Dietary restrictions: All of their "milks" are plant-based. Yay from someone who is lactose-intolerant and has experience with a batista accidently using regular milk.

Kid-friendliness: There were lots of families with small children here.

Vegan place Super busy but only two people in front of me to order at 12:15 on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Lots of mobile orders on counter. While I was eating a group of 30 young folks arrived with line out the door!! Plenty of seats taken inside. Are outside at sidewalk table Pumpkin spiced chai latte, nice kick to the spice, not too sweet just enough. Would order again if available, maybe try ube next time.
