They didn't have shakes! The floors beneath the booths and the both tables were dirty, the food was expensive (but so was everything else in the area), and the whole reason I even went there - to get a milkshake on a hot day - was moot as they couldn't make any. Luckily, the location redeemed itself by being incredibly convenient, had delicious food, and portions that were larger than what I'd expect for the area.Ordering was fine, order pickup was fine, I just wanted my milkshake.★★★★
Menu out of date. Order had to be canceled and re-entered. Elevator to upstairs was out of order. As I am mobility challenged, and the restrooms were upstairs, I was unable to use the facilities. Not handicapped friendly.Parking: We had to park around the block and forced to walk in a downpour. Again, let me emphasize, not handicap friendly.
We were craving for a Shake Shack burger so the nearest one was in Walnut Creek. It was located in the downtown neighborhood so I thought parking was going to be difficult. Thank goodness for COVID-19 revitalization, the parking lot was free. As we came out of the lot, the restaurant was located on the corner and no line.
