Shake Shack Reviews
The burgers are juicy.
Good fpod and shakes
Ok so I got a gluten free burger at shake shack. Was it incredible? No. Was it bad? No. It was pretty good. The bun was dry as hell and not toasted (I’m assuming for cross contamination reasons), but I’m giving them 5 stars for trying. Patties were solid too. Everyone here had a great vibe to ‘em and seemed to be having a fun time 🕺

Shake Shack Walnut Creek, located in downtown Walnut Creek, offers a convenient ordering experience through their app or in-store tablets. The food is usually good and quick, with vegetarian options available. Their basic hamburger is around $8, but opinions on its value vary. Friendly staff and delicious shakes are highlights. The location is double story and often busy, especially during peak times. Some customers noted that food can arrive late or without napkins, requiring diners to help themselves. The menu includes limited-time items that are praised for being delicious and worth the slightly higher price, making it a good spot for a splurge day. The burgers are simple, with a bun and patty, and cheeseburgers come with cheese but no other toppings like onion, tomato, or lettuce. Fries and shakes are generally good. The airy interior and quick service make for a pleasant dining experience, though some find the burger portions small and the price high for what is served. Many customers appreciate that Shake Shack Walnut Creek is one of the few chain burgers that is consistent and enjoyable. The upstairs dining room is described as very lovely, providing a nice space to enjoy a burger after activities like cycling. The restaurant is large and clean, with enough tables including a second floor, though parking could be an issue. Prices are considered high for fast food style, with some guests spending around $25 per person for a burger, fries, and a drink, and noting that tips are asked for even without traditional table service. While the menu mostly features full-price items with no combo options, gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps are available, but the selection of other gluten-free options remains limited. Overall, Shake Shack Walnut Creek is a clean and friendly place suitable for a casual meal or a treat, with good food and quick service despite some concerns about portion size and pricing.
