I've been here as a kid many times, and I went back today. It still has the same friendly, family, down-home atmosphere I remember!! Lexi the server greeted me on my way in, and she is so kind. Visited with a friend. Dine Al fresco or indoors. The river breeze was pleasant, staff was warm and welcoming, small town friendly. The half pound burger is fresh and honest, get it your way, with delish onion rings, fries or tots. We’ll be back for sure.

Went out to see the Sandhill cranes at dawn on Saturday, and then hit Wimpy's for a delicious breakfast and much-needed hot coffee. Our server Julie was so friendly and upbeat, everybody in the restaurant was smiling and happy. Food was excellent and the vibe was fantastic. A delta treasure.
