“I love that it's never super crowded when I go in, a helper/cashier always comes to greet me within a few seconds, the vibe is always nice and chill. I love the large varieties of cookies there and they're large! Every cookie and small pie has been absolutely delish! I just had a small key lime pie this past weekend that SO good!“

“Have not had a great deli sandwich in a long time! Came here after a doctor's appointment (we live out if the city) and we were not disappointed at all!

“Above average, I can say for everything. Add in and out, the only thing that is changing. Is there size of the hamburgers? Are getting smaller and also their fries. The smaller servings they're holding out on the food, but higher prices make me want to go and eat someplace else.“

Their banana pudding and chocolate pudding are my absolute favorites! Like they are DANGEROUSLY good!! I may or may not hide them from my kids! I also love their new brownie edges!! My mom‘s favorite is their sprinkle cookies, to the extent that she will make a special trip to Hapa anytime she’s in town to get herself some! At this point, I just have them ready and waiting for her! The variety of items and flavors that they provide is also incredible! 10 out of 10! Hundred percent recommend! As for their shop, they have done so much to update their storefront! It is so cute and inviting! Beautiful, clean displays and the perfect backdrop for that must-have selfie for socials! This amazing staff got up at 3 am to make sure the order was there and on time. Rave reviews were emailed to me about the quality and care of the delicious care packages given to each of those important caregivers at the hospital. First rate care and preparation. “I used the app for the first time and was successful in ordering a couple of smoothies for pick up at a specific time. THe smoothies were ready when I walked in and pick up was fast and efficient.
The third party app needs serious work. It has serious issues compared to other take out restaurant apps.“

As for drinks, there is a huge choice, I chose the Vietnamese Savory Coffee ☕️. The taste is surprising.

“Okay, they left samples out so I tried most of them. Quite a few things were on the dry side for me. If you're going to go with any breads, I'd say stick to the Asian fillings like taro or red bean: those were best. I was not impressed by the chocolate stuff. The one thing you definitely have to get from this place is the egg tart. It's so good, I came before and after dim sum to get more.“

“What an absolute gem! We go here around once a week and love it. Staff is always super friendly and the menu is excellent. The pastries are really good, and the lilikoi French toast is a decadent meal that can easily be split amongst two or three people.“

“There was an event earlier in the morning and I got a coupon for a free 2-pack cinnamon rolls so it was perfect that I was planning to go for dinner that same day! Cinnamon rolls were yummy and I love the fact that the icing comes separate since I’m not the biggest fan of sugary icing. I tried a different dish, Pasta primavera and added grilled chicken. This was good and would recommend it. Their side salad was yummy, had all the good toppings and at the end, my family ordered peach pie and sadly they ran out! This is a seasonal item so they were very disappointed. But it just goes to show you that it’s popular and to reserve it once you get seated because my family actually called ahead and asked if it was available and it was but after we ate, they sold out!“

“The place, the taste of the snow is excellent, we are frequent customers, yesterday Easter Sunday, we were 6 people and the girl who was there, was so miserable in her attitude, she did not answer a hello, good afternoon, because of her attitude one of the snows fell of the weight and my daughter had to lift and continue with the same snow because she never did anything and with her unfriendly face it is a shame I hope she never touches us again we were very discouraged with that attention“
