“Today is August 5 the time is approximately 7 o’clock we went through the drive-through to pick up two cherry icy floats that are special for 299 when I got to the window they say that we need to specify that they are minis and those are the ones that are 299 and they are sour patch only nowhere on the board does it say they are mini or sour patch when I got to the window my total from 640 something turn to 870 something kept my receipt and gave me back totally different of what it should’ve been the girl was rude went on to tell me that that was the wrong size I need to specify I do not know what size is a 299 and it does not say or claim what it is on the menu therefore I told her you tell me there at the speaker my total is six something and when I get to the window you charge me eight something that is totally not professional any time a fast food place has done that they have a side to call corporate and let them know that they are doing that it is not a practice that is used through a drive-through the short girl was rude and wanted to close the window as I was trying to let her know I was the girl that was at the window was trying to be polite when I tried to call their number it is on published what kind of crap is that can’t even talk to them to explain them much less talk to an unreasonable lady at the window that is completely just plain out rude I have gone to this sonic for years and have never been treated like that through the drive-through that young girl that is inexperienced at the drive-through needs to go back to training and realize that customers come first or explanation of how things need to be ordered Hass to be corrected on the sign not at the window at the time you’re paying that is ridiculous shame on you short girl.“
