Jack in the Box is a reliable fast food option known for its friendly employees who provide good service. The restaurant has a clean atmosphere and offers attention accompanied by kindness. The drive-thru experience is generally smooth, and the staff is consistently nice, creating a welcoming environment. Customers enjoy menu items like the Jumbo Jack, which is described as super delicious and affordable, especially with pickles on the side. The Oreo Shake is also a favorite for many. Manager Luis has received praise for his pleasant attention and kindness towards customers, making people want to return to the restaurant. However, some customers have expressed concerns about a homeless person sleeping outside the building, which has affected their dining experience, especially for families with children. Despite this issue, Jack in the Box remains a recommended spot in the West Covina area.
