The food is the BEST Punjabi food in US! Nothing more to add, PERIOD. Try it out and I might pay you if you're not completely satisfied!“

“As usual, the food was fantastic. We usually dine at the Woodland Hills restaurant, but decided to try Encino over Christmas. Noman
Is an exceptional manager, who made sure our meal was perfect and the service was as good as Woodland Hills. We highly recommend Anarbaugh. It is not just the best Indian food in The valley, but also one of the best restaurants overall in the valley.“

“The food was absolutely delightful! Great food and service. Fayaz was very quick to greet me as we got things started for myself with the options they had on the menu. I had the whole restaurant to myself this evening. Fayaz is a very friendly and helpful person. The chefs in the restaurant cook the food so delicious. I ordered the garlic naan with butter chicken masala. The food really satisfied my Indian food cravings.“

“It was the first time we visited this restaurant. My family and I loved the food. We ordered Maharashtrian and south Indian food. All dishes were delicious! Especially the Kolhapuri Tambada Rassa!!! It was so authentic that it reminded us of Kolhapuri home food. Along with that, the restaurant owner gave us complimentary Zunka & Bhakri! So exquisite! She suggested us some chef's special dishes. Kanda Bhaji, Sole kadhi was unique. Highly recommended!! The person who took our order, Aashish was kind and gave us the best hospitality during our visit. People should definitely try this restaurant for authentic Maharashtrian dishes!“

“I eat here every time I’m in the area. The lunch buffet is phenomenal. You literally cannot be the quality for the price anywhere in L.A.
Tons of options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Sometimes there are even lamb or goat dishes.
Buffet comes with fresh naan as well and is good!
Rarely crowded as well. 10/10 recommended.“

“Often times I appreciate the vibe that this family style deli has to offer. My family likes the originality of the regulars that attend there. I personally think the relaxed setting is a great place to do business. My personal experiences included giddiness from mangos. Not acceptable in temples of prayer. Prasadam perhaps after prayers a superior order of eating here. All in all singed my Chai ode hair which was an act of humility my brothers.“

“As a tourist visiting Los Angeles all the way from India, I wanted to explore some authentic South Asian flavors—and Tawakull Tandoori absolutely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, the warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with the aroma of fresh spices welcoming you in like an old friend.
I ordered the Chicken Biryani, a Lamb Karahi, and of course, some fresh garlic naan—and every bite was bursting with flavor. The tandoori meats are perfectly marinated and cooked to juicy perfection. The spice level was just right, and you can tell everything is made fresh with real love and tradition behind it.
The staff were so friendly and attentive, even offering great suggestions for what to try as a first-timer. I also tried the mango lassi, which was the perfect refreshing finish to an already fantastic meal.
If you're in LA and craving rich, flavorful, and authentic Pakistani food, Tawakul Tandoori is a must-visit. I honestly wish I had discovered this place sooner on my trip—I'll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
Highly recommend—5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
