This Colibri pop up is hands down one of the best dinner experiences open right now. Every dish is mouthwatering. I would recommend every pasta on the menu. The Rigatoni is delicious! Delicious. Inventive. Makes me never want to cook a meal for myself again. Gorgeous Space. It is eclectically charming with a portage outside area for a special event. I wish had one Just To eat in that semi-outside patio area. Gorgeous waitstaff. They made wonderful suggestions and took care of us almost TOO MUCH. Gorgeous food: delicious. Juicy chicken thighs.
