“Very crispy chicken with friendly owner. The chicken was freshly fried and juicy on the inside. We picked yuzu sauce which is mayo with citrus taste which helped tone down the usual fatty feeling when you eat frying food but I’d say something more flavorful (sweet/spicy) can help if you want more seasoning. The yuzu sauce helps me taste the umami from the chicken. Overall very happy with my karaage!“

“We love the pizza and pasta at South Bay Pizza. Our favorite is any of their pastas. Their chicken alfredo is our favorite, but we also love their chicken carbonara and their Italian sausage pasta. It is all really good.

We picked up our order this time and it was perfect. It took minutes to heat up. We would have loved to dine there, it is so cute and clean, but we just did not have time.

We also think their service is excellent. I love it when a to go order is exactly as ordered and I don't have to open everything first to check it. The staff is very nice.

The prices are fair.

I got both dishes thinking I’d have lunch and dinner, and ended up finishing the bibimbap quickly because there weren’t enough vegetables to round it out. For a dish that usually shines because of its mix and volume, that part felt underwhelming.

The meal came to $35.01 for take out, which isn’t bad for the quality, but the value didn’t fully match the flavor. A little more generosity with the portions, especially the vegetables or the slaw in the sandwich, would make a real difference. Ordered a deep dish pizza with onions, meatballs and extra cheese 🤤
It was excellent! I could only eat 2 slices and I pushed it, 1 slice would do if you also have a side dish.

Tip: Don’t arrive if you’re dying of hunger, be patient if you order something, it is worth the wait.

I got there past 5pm and there was 1 person taking orders, serving and cooking. Saw a man get impatient and leave the restaurant because his order was not ready yet, to be fair there was only 1 employee there doing the best he could. I am unaware if more employees work there later on during the evening, but the guy that was there was knowledgeable about the menu and moved as fast as he could.“
