So disappointing to see the staff, service, and food decline so rapidly at Le Pain. I have been a regular customer for many years and since the original manager and long-term staff have left, they are being replaced by inexperienced and uncaring associates that spend more time talking among themselves while we the customers wait to place our to-go orders.
