“They used to have a covered outdoor patio but that got taken down but it looks like the place was remodeled recently because I don't remember it looking like this the first time. We visited during the pandemic as our first time and this was our second time back. We were greeted and the lady at the cash register was very friendly and pleasant. I didn't know if I should get the torta or a burrito. I always get a burrito so I decided to opt for the torta this time; it was a good choice. They loaded the torta up with fresh ingredients, including fresh cheese, and avocado, and they have the grilled onions on the side, which were delicious addition with a little bit of chips. I got horchata to drink, and it was very tasty. Perfect mixture. Overall, the establishment was very clean and there was plenty of sauces and sides to complement the dishes. The dishes or bag, and I would've loved for my boyfriend to share my torta, but he was too hungry and the food was too good. The customer service was top-notch and we would definitely return again.“

“I like the organ stuff but only when it is done well and this place does the organ stuff well. I got the lengua and the cabeza and couldn't have been more pleased. I will definitely go back. Fyi, I also did get the Al pastor and it was very good but definitely prefer the lengua and cabeza!“

“Sitting outside is nice. Drinks are good. Beer is good. The food is good but not great. The portion size has decreased especially on the happy hour menu which is usually shared. When its slow service is good. When its busier service is very slow and hard to get the servers attention because they do not have enough servers on. They think they are saving money this way, but people end up leaving or not coming back because of the slow service.“

“I just stopped by today and had a great experience here. I got carnitas and al pastor street tacos and they were unbelievable. Such great flavors in the meat. Also the green and red salsa were very complimentary (red salsa is smoky spicy yum). Got the asada quesadilla for the kids (of course I had a bite) and was really pleased with the asada flavor too! Even the sour cream is great, homemade you can tell. The attention to quality is apparent!I am super glad because the first few times I was not impressed. Maybe I got the wrong things, and it seemed expensive, but everything was great at the service was great as well! It was only $20 and was enough food for 3 adults. Saw they have really good $12 lunch deals now too. Can't wait to come back!!“

“A hidden gem. The decor and atmosphere is incredible, music selection is great, and the staff are very friendly. We were able to get coffee and sit for hours, talking and reading. The place was pretty quiet for St pattys Sunday. Definitely worth seeing if you are in the area“

“This was my first time using Coastline Catering and I was not disappointed! The food was amazing and all my guests loved it! Josue and Anahi were so wonderful to deal with. They are personable, friendly and professional. They got back to me quickly with a reasonable quote, they took care of all the details and came out early to make sure everything was set up and ready to go in time for my Christmas party. They stayed late and cleaned up. We had plenty of food (which was not the case with my last two caterers). Everything looked beautiful, professional, and all my guests enjoyed visiting with the two of them while the food was being served. I highly recommend Coastline Catering and will use them again next year!“

“My favorite place to get al pastor in Moorpark. They do it on a vertical spinning spit, unlike a lot of other places which just put the pastor on a griddle. Doing it this way gives a contrast in textures with perfectly charred meat mixed with the more tender pieces. They add tiny pieces of sliced pineapple in the tacos that add a nice element. The chicken quesadilla is also really good with it being super cheesy and loaded with tender pieces of chicken.There is plenty of parking on the street before and after the food truck. They have a simple portable table and a few chairs if you want to sit down for a quick bite, but being street side I would generally plan on taking your food to go.“

“The pozole here is incredible according to my family and they love the unique taste and love coming here. I personally got the lengua burrito and I’m going to be honest here it was alright. The waitress was really helpful at making things right whenever we had a problem with our food but also making sure we were enjoying it. Very friendly staff. The inside seating is a little cramped if you come in with five plus people.Parking: The parking for this place is very cramped and holds about 7 cars without it being maxed out.Kid-friendliness: Super friendly to kids. My little sister didn’t like the burrito and the waitress speaker to her in a kind way asking what she can do to make it right.“

“AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!I never write reviews but i felt the need to. Me and my husband just came here for the first time for breakfast, we both ordered the little mule burritos with sunny side up eggs, and they offered us a free coffee. We received the food and the portions were very big and filling, you can tell the food was made fresh and the quality is amazing. Each ingredient was made perfectly and so delicious. They wrapped it up perfectly. All the flavors came together, me and my husband were just amazed and still cant shut up about how insanely good it was. They also gave us chipotle sauce that was the best chipotle sauce we’ve ever had and cholula that complimented the burrito even more but even without it, it still tastes amazing. We both agreed this place has the best burritos we have ever had. It was an amazing start to our day. We will most definitely be coming back with a huge smile on our faces to try more things. “Literally obsessed. It's an upscale take out taco fusion restaurant of my dreams. Everything there is good, refreshing, flavorful, and unique. It is worth a visit and to try different tacos - and the SPECIALS are also always soooo good. “Thanks to Ruben and his wife our party was a huge success! I picked Dos Tacos because I really liked the presentation of the cute serving dishes and the food looked delicious. It's a family business and keeping the business in Simi Valley was important to me. All the food was fresh, flavorful and prepared with care. I had a baby shower in the backyard and wanted something special and fun! Ruben and his wife showed up a little early. Set up everything without any issues and after an hour of cooking and preparing the feast, we were all ready to eat. Everyone was so happy and there was plenty to eat.. even grilled veggies for my vegan friends! I highly recommend using Dos Tacos Y Tu!“

“This is the most delicious and authentic Mexican food in all of Conejo Valley. The prices are absolutely unbeatable and the food is unbelievably fresh. I'm pretty sure it is family owned (which I love) so of course the service is great. The first time I tried it I got takeout and they did a great job packing it up. “if you can have a 5 star customer service experience at a jack in the box it's worth yelping about. Stopped at the drive through for a light snack off their snack menu. Date 2/9/23 at 12:52 pm. Order # 873. First Norma was taking orders outside in the wind, was so nice and sweet felt bad she had to stand in the wind . Then at the window the gentleman, i didn't catch his name gave me the wrong order . I glanced in my bag as i was leaving checking for my sauces but i did t look at the food. While i was driving in circles around the gas station attempting to get out, the super nice window clerk came running out with my correct order ! Now i've never seen any employee of a fast food restaurant try so hard to get the right order to the right person. If he's not the manager he should be. He truly understands what customer care is all about . He sets an example for his whole team . i wished again i knew his name to give him direct credit so Management if you bother reading the yelps , your employees are very well trained and kudos , but give this guy a promotion as he really gets it. I gave you my order # & details so you know who the employee is. Thanks again for being so nice and going out of your way . you didn't have to do it . That little gesture really made my day!
