About 405 HU TIEU Noodle & Dim Sum Cafe

Based on customer reviews, 405 HU TIEU Noodle & Dim Sum Cafe offers great food and service. The quality of the food is amazing, and the portions are really good. Specific meals mentioned include the house special wonton soup with egg noodle, xaiolong bao soup dumplings, and Mi Xa Xiu. The waiters are described as having good manners, being gratuitous with explaining the food, and very sweet, welcoming, and personable. The food came fast with little wait. One complaint noted a sugary sauce dipping sauce that didn’t taste well with some dim sum items. It is a good bargain and feels authentic, like the old days in an Asian restaurant.

I also ordered the combination hủ tiếu with half egg noodles and half rice noodles, and it was such a good choice. The broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting, and all of the toppings...read full review
Good value for both the portion size and the quality. One bowl plus a pork bone side was enough to fill the two of us. The broth had that familiar garlic‑forward, porky aroma and flavor I expect. The menu is straightforward—rice or egg noodles—and the pork bone, while tasty, wasn’t as tender as I’d prefer.

It’s a classic mom‑and‑pop setup. Service seems a bit more attentive toward Vietnamese diners, but still perfectly fine....read full review
