Someone who is actually Hue recommended this place to me. She said her family is very picky with their Bun Bo Hue and they only like it from here. So I had to try it out. It was definitely delicious. My go to place for bún bò Huế all these years. Menu is limited as this place specializes in this dish and a few others such as banh beo and mi Quang. Service is typical for a Vietnamese restaurant. Highly recommend if this is your favorite dish.
Finally got a new Bun Bo Hue spot. I was eating at Vua Bun Bo for awhile but they changed something and it got too salty. And Ngu Binh is too spicy. I'mNot sure how I missed this place that's apparently been here for 30 years! I walked in and ordered to go. I only waited less than 5 mins and my order was ready.
