Bun Bo Way / Nem Nuong Ninh Hoa is a clean restaurant with efficient service. The food comes out quickly and hot. The menu is not large, which makes choosing easy, with a majority of dishes geared towards blood as their special ingredient. The place is not too big but the staff is very friendly and nice. It is a good local Vietnamese place in Little Saigon for quick and easy eating.

The Bánh Bèo Chén is excellent, served in small bowls that keep it warm until the last bite, with perfectly soft texture and well-balanced fish sauce. The Bun Bo Hue soup is good and flavorful, with lots of noodles and spicy soup, and fresh blood. However, the meat is not tender and the portion is small compared to other restaurants. The knuckle is kinda small and the steamed beef (Chả Bò) comes in only two tiny pieces. The Bun Thit Nuong is good. The restaurant is suitable for seniors who don't like food seasoned, though younger folks might like something more flavorful. The soda lime drink was flat and tasteless. Overall, the food is good but not enough excitement for round two.
