“I have tried 2 of the big meal prep companies and this place stands way above:
Meal prep on your schedule: I put my first order in online, while running my sunday errands, the 2 hour window given was crushed, my food was ready in 30 minutes.
Second time I went in and ordered in store, I was still out in under 20 minutes. The ability to not have to plan my meals a week before shipment is huge.

Qty of food: I honestly struggle to eat 3 meals a day, 2 days last week breakfast heald me over till after work, just completely forgot to eat, and wasn't hungry. With other meal prep it seams like they were loading the calories in sauces.

Food is legitimately good, and you have choices on each dish, not between pre packaged meals

The best part is my area has brick and mortar stores where I just walk in and buy my meal prep for the week...Meals cooked in a local kitchen by real chefs with local fresh ingredients. I'm busy all the time and although I love cooking it's hard to cook for just one person. The majority of meals are 600 calories or less. An easy way for me to stay in my calorie deficit. The bowls were delicious. The strawberries and bananas were so fresh and withthe peanut butter, was very delicious.

“My vegetarian friend, who’s always on the hunt for protein-rich smoothies, told me I had to check out Sambazon in Terminal B at SNA.

Located right past security, Sambazon was exactly what I needed after a week of heavy SoCal meals—a fresh, healthy reset. My boyfriend and I split the Protein Açaí Bowl, Brazilian cheese bread, and the Peanut Butter Protein Açaí Smoothie.

The açaí itself tasted fresh and high quality. I do wish the protein bowl came with some berries for more variety, but I still enjoyed it. The smoothie was just okay; the peanut butter flavor felt a little lost against the strong açaí base.

I also grabbed the Brazilian cheese bread, which had a great chewy texture. Not the best I’ve ever had, but honestly, pretty solid for an airport stand.

Service was quick, and the prep area looked clean and well-organized, which I appreciate when traveling.

I’ll definitely be coming back next time I fly out of SNA—though if they ever open one at Long Beach (my preferred SoCal airport), I’d be thrilled.“
