Always rude. Have to fight with them every time. Over charge you and then lie and say you upgraded your order to a larger size. Don’t waste your time going to this location, you’ll just leave with an incorrect order.
good food, pleasant employees, very clean.
This is my second time visiting this particular Jack in the box.
I came in and every employee glanced over at me and smiled and I really appreciate that. It made me feel like they actually like their job, .
I wanted some fresh hot french fries with my order and that's exactly what I got!
I definitely will come back and visit this Jack in the box.
Thanks for the great service!!

Recently, many guests have noted that the food was nicely prepared, enhancing their overall experience. However, the service can still be a mixed bag. While some employees are described as friendly and efficient, others have been reported to make inappropriate comments. Fortunately, there have been several positive mentions of exceptional customer service. Esmeralda, a manager at this location, has been recognized for going above and beyond, greeting visitors with a warm smile and making them feel welcomed. The restaurant's drive-thru service remains a highlight, with one customer noting that the early morning attendant remembers their order. The shakes are a hit, although the availability of certain flavors can be inconsistent. Overall, Jack In The Box provides a satisfactory dining experience, with tasty food and generally good service, though some customers have encountered minor issues.
