“Wow! Best Boba Tea we’ve ever had! You can get boba almost anywhere now, but what makes this place special is the teas. All of their teas are imported from Taiwan (birthplace of Boba Tea) and they have really unique flavors. Furthermore, they actually use an espresso machine to extract all of the beautiful flavor under high temp and pressure. The signature Ding Dong tea has excellent flavor—notes of coffee (even though it contains no coffee). You can see and smell the tea samples they have on the shelf. I think it contains toasted barley. There are a lot of other interesting flavors too that I want to go back and try.

Shave Ice! We also shared a Mango shave ice. Best ever!

“Sugar cane drink is a classic for me, as I drank it growing up. It’s so refreshing and made fresh right to order. They use a press to extract the sugar cane juice, and you can add the option of kumquats as well! They offer other drinks, such as rau má, also known as pennywort. The workers are very friendly, make sure to stop by and support! :)“

Los Angeles and Orange County obviously have a ton of bubble milk tea options to choose from, but this one stands out to me - here's why!

First of all, it's a very open, airy, comfortable interior with warm & cozy-feeling lighting.
It's a space that feels welcoming and invites you to stay longer than you planned, rather than other places that may give you a feeling that it's best to just get take-out and to be in-and-out.

They also have some great bites here!
We tried out some lemon pepper wings and mozzarella sticks and both were a great price, only around $5 each, and delicious! The mozzarella sticks had the PERFECT cheese pull and a great crunch from the exterior breading.
The wings could've been a bit juicier but still had a great crunch and really good seasoning/flavoring.

And of course, the bubble milk teas themselves here were great value, size, and taste!
I did a coffee on that was great with a little bit of cream cheese to top it off with.
The strawberry yogurt smoothie was also PERFECT. The flavors were all blended together just right and it had the exact texture and creaminess to it that I LOVE in a good smoothie!

All around a great and UNIQUE spot, and one which I certainly recommend!“

“Tasty! Drank signature and jasmine on promotion occasion. Golden pearls are delicious! There are many types of tea that I have drunk in Vietnam and all find them fragrant and worth trying. There are a few tables to sit back or buy to go out. Price is also not too high. There are few employees, so during peak hours, wait about 15 minutes“

Homeless people are everywhere asking for money and doing drugs in broad daylight, blankets and trash are left in front of shops, and it smells like urine outside. A homeless man even followed a man and his kid into the bakery asking for money and stood there the whole time as they ordered and paid.“
