“This review is for nuoc mia only. Tried a few times now i like it, freshly squeezed when i ordered. Lady work there was very quick and friendly, got kumquat big cup $7. Parking is plenty since it's shared in a complex. Also cash only or minimum is $20 for card. Yum yum will be back. :)“

“We stopped in here after our visit next door at Dong Hung Vien. We picked up teas earlier down the street that were literally disgusting with old tea and flavor. Helen helped us today and made us the most delicious Lychee and passion green teas. The tea was very fresh, fruit flavor right on and the sweetness st 25 percent was perfect. Thank you Helen for making our visit so nice and we look forward to stopping by again .“

“Great food and service but the location is bad. Homeless people are everywhere asking for money and doing drugs in broad daylight, blankets and trash are left in front of shops, and it smells like urine outside. A homeless man even followed a man and his kid into the bakery asking for money and stood there the whole time as they ordered and paid.“

“I ordered a med sweet peach oolong milk tea and it was a bit sweeter than my liking. I was a bit afraid to ask them for a remake, but the kind staff was able to adjust the sweetness to my taste. 10/10 drink, would come back for customer services!“

“I love it here! Such a great atmosphere! The workers are super nice! Vietnamese people, but they can speak English. Super friendly, always have an amazing food, they make food, theres ready to go food, drinks they can make, drinks you can just grab. Price is reasonable and affordable. Parking is not hard to find at all. There’s a lot. Located in the Goldenwest Village. I always come here when I get a chance to.“

I absolutely loved Ma Juicy! The drinks were so tasty, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. Everything tasted perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just right. The presentation was great too, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely my new go-to spot for a refreshing drink 😋🫶“
