Kei Coffee House Reviews
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star)
Very disappointing experience at Kei Coffee House, mainly due to poor management Josh.
I am an almost daily customer and usually try to use the self-service kiosk to place my order faster. Today the store was a little busy, but no one in line was using the kiosk. The manager told me that I could only use it if no one in line was using it, so I politely asked everyone waiting—none of them were using the kiosk.
Despite that, the manager...read full review
This place was amazing. The Tipple Coconut Coffee and Beef Pate Chaud were so good I ordered more to take home and some. I’ll be back when I’m in the area.

Kei Coffee House is a reliable local spot and a gem in Westminster. The interior is absolutely beautiful, modern, airy, and thoughtfully designed with beautiful decorations, lots of natural light, and a calm, inviting vibe. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of tables and a private area. The cafe can get busy and has a high volume of customers, especially after 11 AM.
The coffee is good and of quality, with gourmet options available. Specific drinks praised include the Triple Coco Matcha, Triple Coco Coffee, pistachio matcha latte, corn latte, iced banana matcha latte, Hojicha Quattro Latte, and banana hojicha latte. The hot chocolate with toasted marshmallow is rich and cozy. The drinks are flavorful, well balanced, and not overly sweet.
The menu has tasty snack-sized options and great pastries. The popcorn chicken is full of flavor with perfect seasoning, though it can be a bit oily. The ham and cheese croissant is delicious, flaky, and satisfying. Other items include the longanisa burrito, a ham and cheese sandwich, and a high-quality chocolate chip cookie. Prices are decent and fair.
Service is quick, friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly next level. Orders can be placed at the kiosk or the counter, though the wait for drinks can take a while, about 5 to 10 minutes. Outlets are limited inside. Parking is described as both tricky and also free and plentiful. The overall experience is polished without being pretentious, making it great for both quick visits and longer stays. It is a solid spot worth visiting.
