I go to this old Vietnamese restaurant once in a while. Every time I would order Vietnamese raw beef flat noodle, there is not much change from the taste before. The soup is clear but very tasty and very rich taste of beef. There are two large and thick slices of beef, the flat noodle was cooked just right. Newest nhau place. Located inside the mall. You need to go thru the mall back door in the evening since the mall only open during the day. Plenty of parking for sure.
