Just had another great meal at Council Oak on Sunday (5/10/26). It was excellent, as usual. Not only was the food great, the people always take such good care of us (special shout out to Maria and Livvy, great job ladies!) Ordered a surf and turf with baked potato. The lobster was dry and rubbery (over-cooked), my son had the same thing and he says the same about the lobster. The baked potato had too much cheese. the only thing that was excellent was the meat.
The filet and asparagus were perfection. Service was on point and ultra friendly. Well done!

The service and food are excellent, with Nate and Maria providing awesome service. The dry aged Wagyu rib eye is delicious, and the sides are tasty as well. The only issue is the ambiance, as the table location in the middle-back of the restaurant may not provide the desired ambiance. Customers also appreciate the great staff, who are always attentive and ensure their drinks are filled.
