Even though I originally messed up my own order in the app by picking the wrong Jacks... When the staff in turn didn't get my new correct order at theirs they were nice and got my tacos ? to me super quick!
I am very disappointed today bc my order that I got an Oreo shake was so damn soggy and you guys make it like if you didn’t care and I didn’t asked for tacos monster I wanted it regular tacos

Went through the drive thru for an order of tacos and a #10 combo. First they forget my drink and has to go through the drive thru a second time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that my order was completed under the sauces and napkins. They completely forget my 2 orders of tacos. At least the #10 was completed.
