“DO I HEAR BETTER THAN BENIHANA!? Seriously this is a HIDDEN GEM! Prices are really good based on flavor and quantity you are getting! ABSOLUTELY YES. And the rice… my GOODNESS. Don’t even get me started on that piece of heaven they prepare. Seriously wish I could gatekeep but I want them to THRIVE (as they should) so they are around forever!!! The cherry on top you ask? The customer service is superb! Mario was very nice from the first time I went! They seriously won a client for life!YOU WON’T REGRET GOING! Thank me later!!!“

“Been hearing about this place and finally had a chance to go. Restaurant: Inside, the place is clean and welcoming. Plenty of seating inside to enjoy your food. Could have a group in there if you push the tables together. Experience: Came in right before closing and I was the only one inside. They took my order and I waited for maybe 10-15 minutes for them to make my food. I really appreciated that it was made to order. Food: Got the New York steak and chicken combo with yum yum sauce and garlic butter. Fantastic quality for everything on the plate. Having the two sauce options gave me plenty of variety. Veggies and steak were cooked to perfection. The fried rice upgrade was worth the money I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted teppanyaki. Quality service, quality food and fast. I'll be coming back!“

“I definitely enjoyed my meal here. My family was seated to left where there was a single grill, so we weren’t bothered by anyone else.There are seven grills and it’s a cozy little place. I was here on a Sunday at 6:30pm and it was packed. I had three different servers attend to my table which was impressive. Our soft drinks were never empty. The food was delicious. Just as good as any other hibachi chain.The drink menu is limited to a few beers and wine. No cocktails here.I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. Servers constantly picking up finished dishes and sweeping the floors. The men’s bathroom I thought was really clean. It stood out to me.I also enjoyed seeing our steaks cooked separately and served to us directly. Even though they were all cooked to the same temperatures.I feel another places might take an order of 2 steaks or more at the same temperature and cook them all together mixing them up. Then dividing them once they are done. I feel I might not get the whole steak I ordered if it was done that way. So thank you for not doing that. I will come back soon because of that.“

“Pepper Lunch exceeded my expectations! The jumbo beef sizzling plate was fantastic--tender beef, well-seasoned rice, and the added bonus of complimentary sides for Yelp check-in made it even better. The affordability of the meal was a pleasant surprise. The availability of various sauces and seasonings at the counter allowed me to customize my dish. I'm definitely planning to return and explore more options. A solid 5/5 experience.This location has a lot more seating than the other ones. Service was great too!“

“This is a very casual place. My son recommended this place for lunch. This is the first visit and it was culinary experience for me. The food was served on an iron hot plate, this method of cooking keeps the food hot. I had the eel with rice and added an egg to the order. The food was absolutely scrumptious. This is a must when in SoCal.“

“If I could give this restaurant a 7/5 I would. This is probably one of my favorite. I ordered the lobster and steak with noodles and it's so yummy!!! Lobster cooked to perfection. Most places I've been to overcook the lobster. Highly recommend!!!“
