“This is a great place with great customer service. We were up for the bird migration at Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge. We stayed at the nearby hotel. We didn't eat here the first couple nights because the house salsa honestly isn't that great. I overheard another customer ask for the "Hot Salsa" the second night and it was way better than the first night. We made friends with the staff and ate there the third night. Camarones a la Diabla was sweet and spicy just the way I hoped. We'll be back soon.

Crazy Taco Tacos • $

“Unbundling: This is a trend that has swept across the airline industry for the last 20 years. Airlines have learned how to charge for little things like humans at the check-in counter, for checked bags, and seat selection. This translates to worse service for customers and higher prices to pad the pockets of the airlines.

Likewise, some taco trucks have taken a lesson from the playbook of the airlines. They raise prices and cut the amount of meat in each taco, and then leave the customer to construct their own taco from its constituent parts in their "salsa bar".

This has a real impact on the economy. I estimate that it takes 10-20 seconds per taco to put all the fixings on your taco like you want. This adds around $0.50 to a dollar of labor to the price of your taco.

Not Crazy Taco. At Crazy Taco, you can buy one pork taco al pastor for one dollar and fifty cents. You get the taco with meat, salsa, onions, and cilantro all included for one low price. All you have to do is take the foil off your plate and consume the heavenly deliciousness that is these amazing tacos.

Go to Crazy Taco. It's more than worth your money.

P.S. And that's just the tacos. Go try a burrito supreme or a quesadilla. Those are amazing too.“
