Tisza is well worth the visit! I’ve tried most of the mains on the menu, and my (pescatarian) girlfriend loves the salmon latkes to death. We love supporting a local couple-owned business independent of any restaurant group. Their beer and wine are excellent, the atmosphere and service are warm and authentic, and you can’t find E. European food like this anywhere in the area. Tisza is always on my short list when out of towners ask where they should eat.
This is one of the best meals I've had in a long time! Sit outside in the biergarten and enjoy a crisp beer and delicious food. Great service!
This place is a gem! The staff from the chef to the wait staff are warm and friendly. They have the best open kitchen layout I’ve seen. You can see and make eye contact with any of the cooks. The food is excellent. As others have stated - the schnitzels are great. As a frequent traveler to Austria, I can say these are better. Less oil tasting, so the flavor of the meat stands out. They make their sausages in house and the bratwurst are some of the best I’ve had....read full review
