“First time here. The Latino/American staff were very hospitable, informative and great. I the place was super clean. I got take out and decided to try their new Blackened Citrus fish bowl and oh boy! It was so delicious. Their salsas were so good and complimented my meal, well. I also tried their guacamole and it was made fresh, super good. Definitely coming back.“

I'm a ling time customer of chili's. Long Beach California, avoid like the plague. The management is condescending and teaches staff to use abusive language regarding children. Lakewood is good. Palmdale is good. Valencia and woodland hills on Ventura are the absolute best. You can tell the management cares because of not only the staff but the customers! Quality customers dine at quality places. Quality restaurants are only quality due to impeccable leadership.

“I love Baja Fresh, my only complaint this time is we did an online order, I asked for a chicken taco and a steak taco for my daughter, I of course paid more for the steak, but when we got home we just had 2 chicken tacos. I'm not into examining the food while at the restaurant and this was covered in cheese so it was hard to tell until my daughter but into them both that there was no steak to be found. Just not taking the time to be sure the order is correct, it was a little disappointing. I got the Vegetable only Burrito Ultimo as usual, I just wish the vegetables were cut up a little smaller but it was good as usual.“

“I’ve been eating at Baja Fresh for over 20 years, and their bean and cheese burrito has always been a favorite—big, flavorful, and wrapped in a tortilla that just hits right every time. Their salsa bar is still top-notch. Honestly, I wish they sold this stuff at grocery stores.

We visited this location in February 2025, and the food tasted exactly as it should. But $10 for a bean and cheese burrito? Oof. Dropping $48 for three b&c burritos and two kids’ meals felt a little steep, but I guess that’s just the world we live in now.

The food took a few extra minutes to come out, but the real disappointment was that my 7-year-old didn’t finish their quesadilla. Even Moses had to pause for a moment of reflection. Double oof. Still, a solid experience and a good meal.“

It feels like Alex knew me by name before I even walked in the first time. I’m not exaggerating when I say Alex has turned my whole day around and made it better several times. Alex is what makes this location worth coming back to again and again. You’re lucky if you have an Alex at your location, and I know it’s only a matter of time before Alex is doing bigger things, so I just wanted to take a minute to say Alex, you’re making people’s days better and I hope that it takes you as far as you want to go in life.“
