“Once we booked with the Nixon Library, we were given a choice of 2 caterers that we could use. I was a bit worried when I found this out, as I wasn’t sure I wanted to be boxed in with specific vendors. White House catering was by far our favorite choice. Katie was a dream to work with. She answered all of my questions, helped me plan out “Operation Keep Grandma Nice”, and was just a great person to be able to work with. The staff on the day of were fabulous too. The server for our sweetheart table was the sweetest - constantly kept checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything, and was always nearby in case we did. They are definitely a well oiled machine, and everything ran extremely well. It is clear that they have this very fine tuned! Thank you again for everything and making sure all of our guests were taken care of and well fed! :)“

“Kannappa takes top notch precautions to ensure taste ,quality and customer needs. Me and my husband ordered a Vegetarian catering for my kid Birthday party with him. We requested customisation to items and Kannappa made every dish delicious. Definitely recommend him for any event, he will make it memorable with his flavorful tasty dishes.“

“We’ve been guests at several Canyon Catering events, so I was very comfortable choosing them for our Graduation Luncheon. It was a small event-40 guests, we chose a cold deli menu, so only needed delivery and setup. Working with Maggie was excellent; she answered all of my questions and put me at ease. The delivery and setup went very well. Everyone at CC is so pleasant and friendly, and does their job well. All of our wrap sandwiches were delicious 😋 and the salads so fresh and attractive. “Very well made pizza with a crust structure and taste that is above the rest. This is the closest to a brick and mortar setup. Fresh toppings and a variety that is always a good surprise. Pizzas are cranked out timely and hot. Pricing is a bit high, but what good food truck isn't. A better alternative to many other choices. Definitely a great choice.

Key choices are the Margherita and surprisingly the Hawaiian. The Meat lovers is hearty, but heavily seasoned.“

“We recently had a catered lunch for our team of 15, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We ordered tacos, and the food was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Everyone especially loved the black beans!

The setup was fast and efficient, and the service was top-notch. Hector was great to work with—very responsive and clear in communication, which made coordination easy.

We attend a childrens party and REDs Pizza was catering. They had a childrens table with individualized pizza making. My children got to create their very own pizza. Once they finished preparing there unique pizzas the chef placed it in the oven and my child's pizza was done in seconds. My children really enjoyed such a hands on experience plus it was delicious!
I made sure to follow them on their social media because I intend to be a long-term supporter!

Christina and her team are wonderful at creating or enhancing a theme with both their food choices and the props used in their presentation. They will also handle all aspects of you event if you need compete event planning. You will not be disappointed. They also offer pickup meal services - try one of their signature Wellingtons.
