With a wide variety of delicious quality boba, wholesome table games, friendly staff, and quality ice creams, this is an incredible value for money spot which we'll definitely come back to!“

“Good ambiance. Always plenty of seating and available board games. Merch is also available for those interested, as well as a large variety of claw machines. One bathroom in the back, which is convenient.
Staff is always helpful in my experience. They once created a drink for me that was not on the menu but was close to what they had.
Currently the love and fiend size are the only available, so you will have to commit to a larger size drink.“

“Whenever I want to get donuts I only go to Kenny's Donuts. You can keep your Dunkin Donuts which I grew up on back in 1989 long before they came to California and compared to Kenny's Donuts I'd rate them a 3 stars out of 10. I don't understand why everyone always gives Krispy Kreme such high praise for their donuts cuz personally they barely get 1 star out of 10. I won't rate their shops just their donuts cuz I'm sure their employees and the restaurants would get way more stars than the generic taste of a simple glazed donut which I sadly wasted money on trying it out back in 2002. You want great taste and quality you go to Kenny's Donuts and I promise you'll be going back every morning but don't go before 430-5am cuz they make everything fresh and warm after they open at 3am and all the good stuff takes time to make but I usually go around 515-530am when I know everything is made and still warm and there is never more than 2 people inside. If you like regular glazed, glazed twist, glazed donut holes, maple/chocolate bars, jelly, then Kenny's is the best place to go and every donut is $1.45 - $1.65, or you can order a breakfast sandwich, to go with a hot cup of coffee, or a made to order blended drink off the wall picture menu, or a cold drink from their 2 big drink refrigerators. If you're a fan of racing legend John Force you might just see him there, he's a longtime regular and goes often. I stood in line behind John a few months ago they even have his signed picture up on the wall. He lives only a few minutes away. I highly recommend Kenny's Donuts nextdoor to Canyon Inn bar & grill.“

“Olive Seed is a great place to eat, with various dishes available. I always get the California omelet, substituting the potatoes with fruit for a healthy breakfast. It's also a great place to study, with reliable Wi-Fi. Their coffee is also great - I get an Americano. I enthusiastically recommend Olive Seed!“

“Lynn Tea - Boba in Yorba Linda, CA, is a great spot to get your boba fix. The staff are friendly and helpful, the tea selection is vast and delicious, and their prices are competitive. I have had several of their drinks over the past few months, all of which were top-notch. They also offer vegan plant-based alternatives to traditional milk teas or smoothies. They are highly recommended!“

My new favorite YL coffee shop! I am stoked we have such an excellent artisanal coffee shop.
Located within Packing House Square, off Yorba Linda Blvd and Imperial Hwy, it’s across the way from Lone Wolf Brewing and behind lane of Tesla chargers. If you’re charging and looking to kill time, stop in for a drink!
I visited on Friday at 2:40 pm, and the cafe had every table but two occupied. You need to walk straight down the narrow galley-style alley in order to reach the cash register. Sometimes people are waiting for their orders at the start of the alley; that threw me off.
Claire helped me that day. She is friendly, knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I wanted a matcha, and she let me know they have a pre-sweetened version and the ceremonial grade unsweetened version. I opted for the unsweetened matcha and wanted it only slightly sweet, so she recommended a pump of simple syrup. It was perfect! This was $6.25 + $1.00 tip. 10/10!
This is a great work spot! There are 7 tables. 4 are against the wall with built-in bench seating, 1 in the middle and 2 against the other wall. It’s not too loud and they play cool music. I was able to comfortably focus until 10 minutes to close (5 pm) without issue. After I was working for 15 minutes, the shop cleared out. It is less occupied around 3:30 pm.
The staff is very friendly and welcomes in everyone who enters.
I will absolutely be back. I love the minimalist touches and Japanese art, and the menu has a lot to offer: they have 4 different pour over flavor profiles, an impressive loose leaf tea selection, and plenty of fun lemonade options if you don’t want the caffeine!
