The dishes, including Osetra caviar, Chirashi, smoked tomato, and pork Katsu sandwich, are crafted with care, showcasing exquisite flavors and top-tier ingredients. Flavors were expertly judged; nothing overpowering, every dish layering subtleties with varying textures and tastes. One standout includes the little gem salad which was the most crisp lettuces ever. Another favorite was the A5 Wagyu dipped in marinated egg yolk. The food is incredible, honestly exquisite in flavor, and presentation. The staff is amazing and pays great attention to every detail, above and beyond. The caviar is to die for. RO is a true gem, deserving of high praise for its exceptional food and delightful atmosphere.
