“We were impressed with how clean the restrooms were. Seems trivial, but if the restrooms are well maintained and the trash cans are emptied regularly, then management and employees understand the assignment and it will reflect and carry through in their service and food! A++!!“

It seems difficult to be on the same page with someone about this, but I think The King has the best fries. There's no way I can feel this strongly about something and not have a kindred soul.
Parking: Even when busy, the parking lot is not usually more than half occupied. Compared to other drive thru options, this is one of the faster restaurants, which assists in keeping traffic congestion low.“

“These 5 stars are for the young lady who helped me this morning with an order! I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing glasses, black ponytail/bangs, and was working the front counter. It was on Monday, 5/8 at around 8am that she helped me out. She was very kind and provided exceptional service! I really appreciated her positive attitude and warm smile so early in the morning! One of the nicest employees I’ve met at this location. She is the reason I’ll be coming back. I hope management recognizes her!“

“12/21/24 4:52PM Okay, Carlos at the register is absolutely AMAZING! The 5 stars honestly ALL go to him alone, he was so friendly as soon as we opened the door he welcomed us, helped us with our order, recommended stuff we ended up buying, he was so patient and accommodating. He also apologized for his rude coworkers and took care of us when we had the issues I'll explain below. Carlos, you are a gem and deserve a promotion at a better establishment. I hope you are appreciated at your job.
PROS: fresh food, packaged well, delicious, and clean place.
CONS: TERRIBLE accuracy and customer service FROM THE FOOD HANDLERS. They are rude and get orders wrong all the time. This time they conveniently forgot the most expensive item we ordered. I definitely wanted my missing item because it was the only item I was gonna eat and it was expensive. The food handlers were so rude and said they did not forget it but I told them to look at my food because it was clearly missing, but they didn't look and just begrudgingly gave me my missing item. I give them credit for preparing the food fresh and well but their customer service and accuracy was TERRIBLE. If it wasn't for Carlos, I don't think they would've fixed the issue so thank you, Carlos, YOU get all 5 stars!“

“Best chicken in town in my opinion. I am from Sacramento and am a fan of the old school “Churches Chicken” establishment however since there is only 1 location left in South Sacramento , Krispy Krunchy is next up since there are a plethora of locations. Make sure you get some biscuits as well“

“The parking lot is kind of tight but there is plenty of parking and handicapped parking. The facility was very clean and I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The lady that helped me even asked how my day was going which I thought was very nice. I find customer service is a number one reason to come back to a restaurant along with the food. She made me a turkey sandwich which was very tasty and I was definitely happy with the overall experience. So for this reason I give Subway of Yuba City on Garden Highway 4 out of 5 stars.Mrs Smiley :)“

“Vegetarian options: I'm all about dietitian there you know I mean they sell you for everything whatever you want they put on your sandwich
Dietary restrictions: Their food's great you could buy whatever you want they put on your sandwich
Parking: Parking is kind of so small right there really go park at the 99 cent store and walk over there
Wheelchair accessibility: They got wheelchair access they got a ramp so you can go up and down or whatever“

“Very good. So a funny thing happened while the artist was making my meatball sandwich, she went to add the Parmesan cheese and the night shift did not tighten the lid and all the Parmesan fell onto my sandwich. She laughed and so did I. My sandwich turned out good with the extra Parmesan...yes I will return there. 5 stars all the way“

“Our first time here. Food was excellent. I got Naan Tacos with spiced chicken and my husband got the Naan Tacos with Greek Lamb. You pick your own toppings. Food was fresh and tasted amazing.“
