“Checking in to spread some love for our local restaurants, by returning to one my old pots that I haven’t been to in years - Chenayda. A very cozy and quiet establishment right here in Calimesa not far off the 10-freeway, soft lighting and actual quality Thai decor, you’d be missing out glossing over this place. Tonight’s order was chicken fried rice, extra chicken, and their maximum level of heat.

Very pleasantly surprised by the very nice sized portion I was served, and that the heat was different from most places. I You see, usually high heat = drowned in spicy sauce, like sriracha. Here, the spicy seasoning did exactly what I wanted: complimented the flavors of the dish.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve enjoyed spicy fried rice of quality like this. After a crazy day (and a hectic meeting earlier), the soft water falls and relaxing nature was the perfect setting to enjoy. Staff were extremely friendly and kept checking in on me as well. Give yourself a break and stop in.”

“I can't say enough good about this place I gave them a very short notice I was bringing 35 people there and they pulled it off perfectly, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating even with our wild bunch of kids running all over the place. Their prices are good and the food was great! I couldn't get enough of the jalapeno mango hot wings. I really like the atmosphere and will make this place my new go to for gathering.”

“I was visiting the area and my friends asked me where I would like to eat, and I said somewhere with a fun atmosphere and outdoor eating and they suggested Rebels. It definitely was a happy upbeat, fun place to eat, and the food was great The best part of it though was the service was incredible We had three different people helping us and they were attentive and fun to talk to. One of the waiters noticed that there were a lot of flies out by us and he went over and above and brought us a lavender plant from the inside to help with that and they all flew away. I am looking forward to going again soon.”

“I've been here a few times, and yesterday they made me a Kung Pao Tofu that was SO DELICIOUS! Full of fresh veggies, tofu cooked perfectly, peanuts, and an amazing sauce that was full of umami and salty goodness! The servers here are always friendly and the food is cooked fast.
SO much better than places like Panda Express, and really no more expensive. Highly recommended.”

“Pizza chalet is an awesome atmosphere and great food and great service, it is a 10 star for me. I will be going again. The only thing I would really like to see though is different desserts like ice cream fruit anything you can add as far as desserts are Concerned other than that top-notch. “I really want to appreciate this business being torn down & rebuilt better. Sadly I have now been thru the drive thru half a dozen times. First visit, what is taking them so long, there's two cars including mine. 2nd - 5th time, same. Now with just myself in line when I pulled up, I was told to park & wait, another car was told the same when they went thru & parked next to me. Waited 12 mins total to get eggrolls & a jr cheeseburger. The drive thru & parking & employees were all better than this new rebuild.
Looks like this issue has improved. I've gotten thru in a normal amount of time. Food is good as well, upgrading to 4****.

“If you want affordable slop food, this places has it. Their fries with thousand island sauce or ranch are delicious! We enjoy their burgers, fish sandwich, zucchini sticks, and delicious orange cream drink. They also have Greek gyros and some Mexican food. The service ranges from average to friendly, and the atmosphere feels like some Greek church covered in blue sky walls turned into a burger TV joint. Not a bad thing, just unexpected, the walls are very pretty lol!”

“I'm not normally one to leave a review, let alone such a /glowing/ one. The two afternoon employees were super friendly, real social butterflies who brightened my day. Good chatter and laughs, swift service, clean and professional.Food came out great too; I had to stop midway through my meal to finish this review. That's how wonderful this Subway was, the review couldn't wait.The bathroom was good too, though... be sure to stand on the side when you use the soap dispenser; the foam doesn't come out the bottom, as of April 14th, 2024.That's my only complaint, otherwise this is an easy 5/5.

“Food is ok. I would say there has been a major shift in taste since the reopening. The portions are more than decent but the actual food seems to lack flavor. It might be a new meat vendor or cook but the food just isnt as flavorful as before.
They have definitely improved their service as the waitresses are available and will usually get you what you requested pretty quick.

I'll breakdown exactly why I gave this place a 3 on food.

The meats such as Steak, beef and the chicken all seem to just have no flavor.
It's so weird because you get a meal that looks amazing but as soon as you taste the main element of why you bought it there's nothing there.
I've ran into this in other locations and its usually the source of where they bought the meat and in rare occasions its the recipe.
Also their chicken seems soft but not a positive way. This is a weird one to explain. The chicken seems to feel like as if it was boiled in order to make it more tender and easily cut but to the point it feels mushy in your mouth but in a way you didn't want to.”

The beers all seem to taste pretty good especially the strawberry acai sour one or so. They had live music when I was there so it made the experience pretty chill.”

“This was not a planned outing my husband and I sometimes choose places to eat randomly I saw that this place was close to home so we went to check it out and I'd have to say we were pleasantly pleased the BBQ pulled pork sandwich was served on a brioche bread which was just fabulous my husband enjoyed the BBQ chicken sandwich we shared a small side of potatoe salad it is small but the sandwiches were filling and the pulled pork meat portion was very generous and filling so had the size been larger we may not have finished it we were very happy with our choice that Sunday afternoon and we also had a live band singing while we ate they were great vocalist and some of the songs brought back some childhood memories very nostalgic. 😊👍”

“This is hands down the BEST fried chicken I have ever had. It is such a hidden gem, I always try to tell me close family and friends about it, and they all agree it never disappoints. It’s so much more fresh than KFC and all the other chains. This particular locations make their chicken fresh every 2 hours, unlike other places that mass make their chicken in the morning and reheat throughout the day. The flavor, the breading, the juiciness of the chicken. Definitely would eat this everyday if I could!!”

“I've been visiting my MIL and separated from my espresso machine. White Rabbit has provided a solid job satisfying my daily coffee needs. They only seem to have two girls working during the week and don't quite keep up with the morning rush but they are friendly, the coffee is tasty. I appreciate them taking care of me!”

They smoke their meats on premises and the portions are very generous! We had the brisket sandwich with onions,pickles all on a fresh steamy bun! Super fresh and tasty! The serve yourself soft serve ice cream really finished a great barbeque meal!”

“Stopped in at this location on Saturday for a quick bite and were immediately greeted by the sweetest girl named Kelly at the register. (You can really tell she’s not your basic employee who wants costumers out as soon as possible). When we didn’t know what to order on the big menu, she guided us through and was super understanding and patient. She complimented my Twenty One Pilots T-shirt and we had a conversation over which songs were our favorites, she recommended us smokehouse sandwich and the BBQ was incredible. Not to mention the floors at this place were super clean, and Kelly made sure we were all settled while we enjoyed our meal. If you ever see her while visiting this location, be sure to say hi! She’s truly the sweetest soul.”
