I went through the drive thru today. Ordered two combos. Asked for sweet tea for both. Drove away, took a drink and realized both were unsweet tea. Okay, no problem. I went back and walked inside to let them know of the mistake and instead of giving me the correct drinks they insisted on giving me a small drink cup filled halfway with sugar, sending me back to my car with three cups. Not a fan. Trying to add the right amount of sugar and then I just ended up chewing on clumps...read full review
Popeyes offered great value for your money with a family pack and the service was excellent
They are never busy. If you go the drive thru route, you WILL be asked to go park because they want to appear to have fast service. You probably won’t sit in that parking spot too long, expect it to be a few minutes.
