“Just grabbed food from their Southglenn location. Delicious, and incredibly friendly staff!“

“Came back in. There was an online bogo deal that was going on. We were not warned about it and how many orders were ahead of us even though it was empty inside. It took 35 minutes to get our food. A small apology and offer of a drink or shake was made.“

“Honestly it was so nice to finally find an A&W that was overall great!! First we were able to come inside and order and dine. The young man who assisted us was absolutely delightful. He was courteous and went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing visit. He honestly gave the very best customer service that I have longed for. Food was cooked excellent and fast. The lobby was clean and well stocked. This will definitely be my primary A&W that I will be going to. I will happily drive 20 minutes to visit again.“

We knew it was late but we really needed some food, and Izzy didn’t let us feel like we were a burden. Getting there so close to closing, we definitely didn’t anticipate such great service and attentiveness! She really made something as small as grabbing a bite to eat such a pleasant experience. “Service was what is 'Normal' for that place. Not bad or good, just service. Food was GOOD to me. It's s a comfort food for me because there was one about 2 blocks from my house when I was growing up. I have not eaten there in probably 20 or 25 years! I loved it then and love it now!“
